You’re absolutely correct that some things generate technical debt in the long run, but please notice that the subtitle of this article is “For beginners.” I’m not targeting advanced devs like yourself with my suggestions here, just trying to get people using the basics of Vue.

My goal is to get people started and get them creating things and launching them before they are perfect. Technical debt isn’t a thing if whatever you’ve built doesn’t go anywhere and has zero customers weeks after launch.
